Because this was a food item, there was no way to return it or request a replacement. The item came in a plastic bag, but the lid was broken and liquid was a big sticky mess. I ended up cleaning it off and putting it in another container (what was left of it) and the taste was great. Just wish it was packaged better than a plastic bag for something that is prone to be tossed around in transit. Bolo should also have a replacement or return policy for damaged or other issues with food items.

It came with 1/3 of it all leaked out. I paid for a full bottle not 2/3 of it. Wouldn’t order again.

It has to be refrigerated which is hard to squeeze out after the bottle gets hard and also doesn’t taste like regular flavor not a big fan.

I love brown sugar boba tea so I was excited to try the syrup. It tasted delicious but it wasn't as good as those sold at boba stores. The main ingredient is sugar instead of brown sugar. I like that it had a pleasant caramel taste. It can be used for a lot of things but I added some on my ice cream, pancakes, and made brown sugar boba. The syrup can last a year unopened but it needs to be refrigerated after opening. It needs to be consumed within 7 days of opening.

The media could not be loaded. Why did it come like this where it looks like it exploded from within? Maybe better packaging would work out for this product. I really like the taste and the ease of using it due to the spout, but 1/3 of the product spilled out upon delivery. I don’t know if it was mishandled from the delivery, but why would it be sealed off with bubble package if this did not fall or broke already? The seal was still on when I open the spout, but there was spillage everywhere.
