The solution feels very smooth and soft to your skin. When you rub it on, it disappears into your skin. It is a silicone gel, but not greasy, but moisturizes it.

I've used a couple different types of scar gel in the past, and find that silicone based ones like this work the best. One issue I have with most is that they tend to become kind of sticky once dry, but this seems to be the exception - no sticky residue after drying and it goes on very smoothly. I also like the packaging and prefer the little pump bottle over a tube. As far as effectiveness goes, this does seem to work but keep your expectations in check if you're putting it on an old scar since it (and all other products like it) are most effective on fresh ones only.

I like this scar cream a lot. I’ve been using it nightly on an old scar on my stomach for a couple of weeks, and I’m already noticing improvement in the appearance of the scar. My favorite thing about this cream is how it feels when applied - super smooth and silky. It reminds me of my favorite makeup primer. It takes a few minutes to dry. There’s no fragrance or scent to it that I can detect. The bottle is small, but the product spreads extremely well, so a tiny amount is sufficient to cover the area I’m treating.

Its hard to do a review on a product that requires application for 2-3 times a day for 8-12 weeks. Its not sticky but more of a film of some sort. I will be updating this review with pics of before and after in a couple of months. Note, this is a small bottle.
