This is a review of Vitamatic Folic Acid 800 mcg - 500 Vegetarian Tablets - Vitamin B9.I received this product free of charge to share my product experiences with Bolo customers to help them make informed buying decisions. Prices fluctuate regularly and I always recommend shopping around and comparing what’s available to get your best deal on the date you decide to buy.An excellent choice for anyone looking to support their health with a reliable source of Vitamin B9. Be sure the dosage isn’t too high for your needs (800mcg). The tablets are small and easy to swallow and I haven’t had any experiences of aftertaste when taking them.5 stars.I rate products according to the following scale:1 Star: Do not buy. Very poor quality, functionality, or other issues.2 Stars: Do not buy. Not as bad as a 1 Star, but it still has major downsides.3 Stars: There are some issues as described in my review. These pills are very easy to swallow and have virtually no taste. I can't even smell them when I open up the bottle. The folic acid count is a good quality for my needs. I feel like it is a great addition to my fertility routine and giving me the folic acid count that I need. This is a good sized bottle with plenty of pills in here. I don't feel like too much space was wasted in the bottle. They are very easy to swallow and smaller than usual from what I have seen.

500 single dose tablets.This manufacturer does not show that this product has been tested, but it meets all other criteria that I am looking for. Made in USA.Believe it or not, I took midwife classes throughout our pregnancy with our first child. Though the need has not arisen, I know how to safely deliver a baby. It seemed that at every class, she would ask us if we are getting enough folic acid. It has been long known that folic acid during early pregnancy prevents many birth defects, and is required daily throughout our lives. Folic acid is present in many tasty foods, so chances are you are probably getting enough - but you need much more during pregnancy. Your doctor or a nutritionist should be consulted before use, as too much folic acid can build up in your blood.I will provide any known benefits and side-effects I experience from each supplement I take personally; however, effects are often unapparent for many months - if at all - and differ for each person. For this reason, I choose to place more emphasis on product safety in my reviews and will point out weaknesses.My ancestors were slaves in the lowcountry barrier islands on my mother's side and Native Americans from the Great Smoky Mountains of NC on my father's. Herbal remedies have been a part of my heritage for centuries. I was treated with herbs since birth, grow many of my own, and they have been a part of my life for over 60 years. I have successfully treated numerous friends and family members in our coastal community.An aside regarding my introduction to herbalism: My first experiences with herbalism were with my mother's yearly "wormer". An infusion of garlic in scotch - believe me when I say that it smelled and tasted exactly as you would imagine. For me, it is forever unforgettable. I endured a teaspoon dose of this once or twice a year from the time I was a toddler. It was followed by a teaspoon of sugar, but I soon learned that trying to run was fruitless. Just recently, I realized how necessary this may have been. Many areas of our city are at or below sea level. Whenever a heavy storm struck on an incoming tide, our street would flood and cars would stall. My friends and I would be overjoyed at the opportunity to make money pushing cars a few blocks to higher ground, so that they would start again. We made a fortune trudging through that sewerage and parasite infested water - never giving a thought to our peril. Yet, I was somewhat protected. Even now, I make a garlic infusion for garden pest control.Now finally, many previously unavailable herbal remedies are on the market. This is a mixed blessing, because the industry is largely unregulated. I hope that I may better assist Bolo buyers by publishing my reviews in this manner.

I got this folic acid for my younger sister. She is ready get a baby after her 10 year marriage. She was trying hard in the past years,but no success. Her Dr. suggested her to take folic acid. So I got this one for her.After she’s taken it for a month,she feels the difference. So she went to the Dr to check it out again and she was told her eggs’ quality is better than before.So she is ready getpregnant now.

I ordered these because Im a big fan of this manufacturer. I use many of their supplements.Note that these are the folic acid form of B9, not folate, the superior form.These are a good quality supplement from a good quality manufacturer, so if youre taking this version of vitamin b9, this is a good one to take. Unfortunately its not for me.

The supplement is in tablet type and has no smell, I have no issue to swallow it with water. The dosage of each tablet is a little high, so I was taking one tablet each couple of days. The folic acid supplement provides a list of benefits to mental health and heart health, which are what I am looking for. I like the vegetarian formula and amount of supply in the bottle, just wish small dosage tablets.
