I love it. 550 sf is cold ,700sf cool 900sf comfortable. I live in two bedroom and it’s perfect. Not too loud. Doesn’t seem to pull a lot of power.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is the best ac I’ve ever purchased. It’s so quiet it’s like central air. It’s cool comfortable and can be controlled with WiFi. Amazing. I wish I didn’t have to pay for shipping, but whatever. Very happy with my purchase! Considering buying two more!
4.0 out of 5 stars Works well, but installing it in a narrow space presents issues needing creative solutions
It works as an AC unit as expected. It took a while to install, as it is in a hole in the wall rather than a window, since I have slider windows on my house. The only installation issue that I found irritating was the hinged solid side panels, rather than the more traditional accordion style. I had a 3" opening on the left side (for some reason, the instructions say to butt the right side to the wall when the opening is narrow) and I could not close the solid panels at all. I ended up just cutting one of the supplied adhesive foam panels to fit into the hole, so that should be fine for now.Once I had it in the wall, it worked well to bring down the room temperature, and it does so very quietly.

It is good for 1 and 1/2 years and the Co does not support their product I called for support they got all my information except my credit card wanted 5 said they would return it afterwards that does not make any sense I was afraid they were going to clean out my account so I hung up don't buy

What a great air conditioner and just in time before the big heat wave! We needed to replace our very old air conditioner and see if we could get one that was more cost effective. This is the one baby!Took 30 minutes to install and within 2 hours the living room (450 square feet) was cold! We are enjoying the new air conditioner and can watch TV and hold normal conversations in the living room without yelling now!

I used this to cool my room down as my old ac broke. This ac came sooner and was easy to set up. The ac is quiet and works fast. The app controller look is easy to use and gives more features then the remote offers would recommend to others.
