Always frustrating when I have a knot in my back, neck or shoulder and my spouse only massages it for a couple of minutes before he claims his hands hurt. Sound familiar? This thing gets right where you need it to be with exactly the force you want since you control it and with very minimal effort. I love the different options that this particular one offers. It's been a game changer for me!

Someone recommended this to me as I was telling them about a spot on my how shoulder blade where I had this knot that would not leave. This hook does not disappoint, it can not only get to the exact spot that I need a little tension on but also do it at any pressure as you control it. While I would rather have someone else be giving me a backrub, this is the next best thing!

Good functionality, wish it felt more premium but it gets the job done. Really effective at taking out knots in hard to reach areas. Works almost immediately. Just need to keep working your problem areas until the pain dissolves away.

Excellent item for sore & tight muscles. This can reach every area on your back to apply pressure points. Relieves tight muscles immediately. We use it daily & always will. A must have especially if you work out or do yard work, etc. Well built, heavy duty but not heavy to hold. Has handles strategically placed to allow maximum pressure points. Great gift as well. Love this!

I was skeptical. I had a knot in my trapezius muscle, about midway between my neck and shoulder. I'd tried a percussion massager, icing it, heating it, meds, asking my husband to work on it. Nothing helped. I used this TWICE on the spot that really hurt and in a few hours the knot was gone. Extremely happy with the price as well. It was easy to use, my pain disappeared, and now I have it for next time. 10/10.

I really wanted to like this, but unfortunately, it just doesn’t deliver. The design looks promising, but it seriously lacks the ability to get deep into tight muscles. No matter how I angle it or apply pressure, it just feels like a light poke instead of the deep relief I was hoping for. If you need real trigger point work or deep tissue pressure, this isn’t it. Save your money.

A friend told me about this cane and the many ways to use it, I committed to purchasing it and it has worked fabulously reaching points in my shoulders and I get to control the amount of pressure.
