I have a 12 year old, 80 lb. yellow lab, Chowder, who has arthritis in his back legs. I've been looking for a supplement that I can give outside of his Rimadyl which can be hard on his system overall. I was excited that there was a Chondriotin and Glucosamine product with some natural pain relief. Chowder has only been on this product for about a week or so, but I do notice some subtle differences already. He gets a few more spry moments galloping to the door and moves a bit more steady. I will say that I also feed Chowder Nulo Grain Free Senior Dog Food With Glucosamine And Chondroitin, which also has helped considerably. Chowder has been on the Nulo for several months which showed improvement from previous foods. However, he seems even more comfortable since taking these as well. I've stopped giving him Rimadyl since getting this and will only give that to him if he shows signs of extreme discomfort.The little nuggets are about the size of a medium sized dog treat. They are a softer chew but not squishy like some of the pill pockets. Based on his weight and the recommendation, I started him with 3 little nuggets on the 1st day. I ended up backing that off to 2 nuggets as he fell asleep shortly after the 3 nuggets day. The 2 nuggets seems to work perfectly. I was also super happy that this hasn't upset his system since giving him these. There's been no upset tummy, itching or other side effects that you can sometimes see with supplements.As anyone with a lab knows, there is not such thing as a food a lab won't scarf down. He did initially hesitate taking this after sniffing it. I just tucked it back over to him and he gobbled it up. Now when he sees me grab the container, he's right there and takes it without sniffing. I think it was just the initial smell of the hemp, which he's never been around before. It doesn't have a hemp smell to me, but I think he picked up a bit of a smell that was something different then what he's known before.I've tried various types of supplements and this option provides the best bang for your buck in terms of number of nuggets. With me giving him 2 nuggets a day, that container should last me about 45 days or so. I was previously using an item that sold for $70 and was only a month supply. I've also tried several powder additives to his food and I don't see any improvement for him. I've been really happy with this one so far. I like that it's Chowder friendly while still pocket book friendly too.I also love that this is an American made product so I know the quality of ingredients is at a human grade level. Some of the other similar products aren't not able to verify that.If you have a pup who needs a little extra TLC, I would definitely recommend this product.

He's been doing real good, not limping. Not seeming to be in pain since taken this product. I would give it 5 stars at this point I would say yes, it's worth buying.

I recently tried the Senior Advanced Glucosamine Joint Supplement for Dogs and found it to be a decent product. My furry friend seems to enjoy the taste, making it easier for me to give it to him. I can't say I have noticed a significant difference in his mobility yet, but it is still early days. The packaging was nice, and the instructions were simple to follow. Overall, I would say this supplement is worth a try if you want something to support your dog's joint health, but don't expect immediate miracles.

My old dog strained his leg, limping and crying this helped him thru the pain. He was good to go in 2 days.It sucks getting old, but this item made it easier for him to heal. Met all my expectations. ๐๐๐

Too early to say how these are for my Maggie. Maggie is a 14 year old Rhodesian mix with mobility and pain issues on her rear legs. Iโll update my rating in a few more months. She does not like the bacon flavor much so have to dip it in some peanut butter or wrap some lunch meat.

I wish I bought these sooner!!My 12 year old King Charles Cavalier has been taking supplements for a few years now. The brand was no longer available in Canada so I searched for something new.I read the reviews and decided to take a chance on this one, boy am I ever glad I did!I made my purchase. It shipped and delivered unexpectedly fast. As soon as I got the box my dog could tell something was in there for her.Yes, it's true, the smell is terrible!! Just hold your breath when the jar is open.Expecting some settling in tummy discomfort for her and an adjustment period, we started the supplements. She loved them from the start! No tummy issues and no discord on eating them.Fast forward to a few weeks now, she is THRIVING!!My girl is getting up on the ground with ease and now running everywhere she goes. RUNNING!! I haven't seen her move like this in years! Her coat is vibrant and - maybe I'm crazy - but it seems like she looks younger. She's no longer walking like an old lady penguin, she's running again....everywhere!I will absolutely keep buying this! The results have been beyond what I could have ever expected!Thank you, thank you, thank you! My dog loves these...
Marco, (napping at a friend's house in Montana) a rescue I got back in 2011, looks forward to these every day. He was about a year or so old when I got him and when we moved in 2013 it was to a two story house. He's a Black Lab/Corgi mix, and over the years he began to find climbing the stairs a challenge. I tried glucosamine and it helped his hips and joints somewhat, but he was still slow. So... I tried this after reading about it. He has the bacon ones, and they actually kinda smell like bacon. It didn't take long for this old boy to feel the improvement. He now moves more like he wants, and has energy. Still loves his naps, though. This is something he enjoys and it has improved his quality of life. Thanks to all who recommended this.

The smell is very strong and I didn't like it. At first, it didn't sit well with their bellies. I really didn't see a change.
