The media could not be loaded. It was very easy to set up in its default mode. There is a learning curve to use all the functions on the website, and I am still finding them out. My laptop sees it well, and if only I could find how to make my Apple TV see it as well I would be in heaven. I will keep learning I suppose. All in all very small, well put together, well boxes, and if continues working it is has for the last month or so well worth the price.

If you buy this you’re going to need an extra power cable to connect the antenna. The power and antenna cables are the same.Others have the same problem with the mini.The 2nd one i received had the same problem.I had it connected and running in minutes. Speed and range are good.

Bought item new as advertised. However, the package looked used because it had a lot of scratches on it, and the item itself has minor scratches on it which was enough evidence that this was a used item.

In fact I have missed it so much I gave a poor review. I'm truly sorry about this as this seller has gone the extra distance and is replacing the one I have with a new one. Because they have been so kind to help and they believe in their product I will be buying one soon for my parents as so they can enjoy geo region freedom of movies and shows even programing in other countries instead of being locked into their region only. I have got the deeper connect air and it has worked perfectly since I've gotten it and until I get the replacement I'm going to utilize that to be able to watch the programming I have still come to enjoy since I've had the deeper connect products so I've bought the deeper connect mini and the deeper connect air plus I'm going to buy another deeper connect mini for my parents so I can tell you this is definitely a product I believe in and I definitely recommend it the reason being if there's any issues these sellers go the extra mile to make sure that you're happy with your product as they've done with me thank you so much for your time and helping me get the answers that I needed and deal with the frustration of not being able to enjoy those programs I can hardly wait till everything is back to normal again here's wishing everybody a good day and be confident in your choices I know I amDarcey
