It runs on gas only and heats up fast, delivering consistently great results—crispy crusts, nicely blistered edges, and evenly cooked toppings.The extra space inside makes it easy to turn pizzas without feeling cramped. I highly recommend adding a Firecrest door—it helps trap heat and cuts preheat time by about half. Just note that with gas prices up, running it often can get a little expensive.Overall, it’s a well-built, reliable oven that makes pro-quality pizza at home. Definitely worth it.

I really like the controls in front! Has an electric ignition (triple A battery included) Super easy to start the flame. Once you cure the stone, get ready to make fantastic pizza. With the thicker stone, doesn’t take long to get back up to temp after pulling a pizza. Overall this oven is a winner! Easy to read temp gauge built in! Even without a door. This oven gets in the high 700’s with ease…

The heat level is incredible, you can have your pizzas in three minutes of cooking time, it's a suitable size, and it looks great in your kitchen.

Great for making pizzas and other items. Have used it as a broil for making steaks and clams. Used an Bolo basics stainless steel cart that holds a propane tank to sit it on.

This picture i took after the first pizza i cook. Even before that. And the Stone it's not too Hot that it has to be, and its Hard to clean the semoline.
