This stuff is great!! Does not contain much sugar. There are two different types of packets and many flavors. Half have ingredients that give you energy and half have ingredients that improve hydration, the product is colored if that is a concern. Great price point. I have bought several times and will buy again.

The flavors in this combo pack are great! When it comes to energy support, these are fantastic, especially compared to more large brands. This is one of the most cost efficient ways to replace energy drinks and electrolyte products. I do wish there was an option to not have the packets, just give me a canister lol I've bought this multiple times.
