great tens unit and the price very affordable. The charge lasts a long time and is easily rechargable. The unit has different size pads that can be used for different areas of the body. It has really helped with my tight muscles to really work out tension. Definitely recommend.

This was our second TENS unit since my husband lost the first. It has a lot more modes and options than our original - you should probably read and keep the directions around but we like the chaos in our house so we didn't. It is slightly confusing because of everything, if you're looking for a set time, hit start sort of model, you won't like this one. It works really well despite all the settings and we use it frequently when someone is sore has a muscle issue. This unit is strong for being so small. Start lower then work up!

Works as well as the professional units at my physical therapy. It cold have better instructions in the manual explaining the settings but thru trial and error I figured thing out. I had to give it 5 out of 5 because it really delivers and the rechargeable feature beats having to keep batteries on hand. The charge level indicator is a great feature so you know whether you have enough power to complete your session. It's a convenient size, rugged enough, easy to adjust while it's operating. Overall best value I've seen for this type of device.

Works great
And by “works great” I mean that the machine delivers electrical stimulation to your muscles. However, I was disappointed to realize that it has no lasting effect on pain. Not even temporary relief. It’s not the unit’s fault, it’s just TENS in general seems more gimmicky than useful. It may have a cumulative effect over time on certain problems, but I used it 3 times for low back pain and didn’t feel any improvement whatsoever. 5 stars is for the unit itself. Build quality is fine, great price. Just don’t expect miracles.
Daily use, effective and still going strong
My wife uses this machine daily on her back to help relieve muscle pain. It works great, the pads are washable to maintain stickiness for longer, and replacements are very affordable. Been in daily use for some months and still going strong. The different pulse features and strength range are nice for finding something that works for you. Battery life is excellent considering it is only 600mah, and the fact it just takes a USB C cable to charge from any powered brick or device is very handy.
