Overall, it's a good option for warm weather when you want to wear something a bit more dressed up than a t-shirt. The seersucker keeps you cool and dries out quickly. Here's the problem: the arms are ridiculously short, so short that many t-shirts poke out. I'm not asking for a 1992-style sleeves to the elbow look. But this goes too far in the other direction, particularly for anyone fairly tall with fairly long arms.
