The best iPad holder that attaches securely to a mic stand. It can even attach to a boom arm! It’s heavy duty and the clamp is very strong so it won’t jiggle or move. I like how easy it is to adjust and how sturdy it is! I HIGHLY recommend this product!

I've purchased two of these. One I use with a mic stand and it works wonderfully. Stays where you put it, rock solid.The second one I bought because this product is so great and solid I use clamped to a table/desk. The desktop is about 3/4" thick (actually .71" because the desktop wasn't made in this country and is actually 18mm thick) and it clamps well. It should work on tabletops as thick as 1.5 inches.The spring mechanism that holds my tablet, a Samsung 12.4", is very gripping. I even have my tablet in a folio case and it works fine. A thicker case would work OK too.With my tablet set in the spring loaded "jaws", I have shaken it (unmounted over a bed) to see if the tablet would fall out. It did notI also have an iPad Mini and it works well with that as well in a gel-type case.The downside would be if you need a lot of length in the clamp to push your tablet forward. Meaning the distance from the clamp to the spring-jaws isn't a lot, a tad less than 4-1/2 inches from the mic stand tube.But this thing stays where you put it. It is almost all metal: the clamp, the ball joint and the spring-mechanism housing. The sides that grip the tablet is a very firm rubber material. It won't scratch a bare tablet, and has good "gripability".For the price it's a winner!

I will say the design seems very sturdy, the joints work well, and the texture on the ball-joints was a good idea. It holds my 2025 iPad well and the grip strength on the jaws is tremendous.I’d recommend clipping it to a vertical pole, as it slips when you attempt to clamp it to a horizontal bar. I’m a drummer and was pleasantly surprised to find that my spare cymbal arm allows me to put my sheet music, (on the iPad), virtually anywhere!My only gripe is that, although it would grip the device better off I take off my case, I don’t feel comfortable doing that because the backing of the clamp is metal. If they put a thin layer of silicon or rubber, even the same material as the clamp itself it would be far better.

ATTENTION!!! This is the BEST phone and tablet holder I have found!!!!I’ve had and broke all the plastic junk that for some reason is what Bolo shows you when you search for a phone holder for a mic stand. I have to filter for “Highest Price First” then start scrolling from there, that’s how I found this. It’s 99% metal and the clamping mechanism opens and closes quickly with each revolution of the lever, and has a powerful clamping force with rubber jaws. At only a little more money than the plastic junk out there, but this once and you should get good life out of it.

I'm a consistent performer who plays anywhere from 30-50 shows a year. The last two tablet holders I owned were plastic and stripped out after about a year of consistent use, so I bought this metal one. Looks like the only non-metal component of this holder is the ball joint holder. I'll update this review if that part goes bad, so if you never see an update, then it's still getting it done.Some folks mentioned it's not useful with the tablet in portrait orientation. See pics. You have to slide the tablet down a little, but you absolutely can get a great tilt in portrait. The tablet in the picture is an iPad 8 with a soft cover, and it holds both of those with aplomb.The spring loaded claws are very strong, so the tablet isn't going to slip out, and the ball joint felt super sturdy, so I wasn't worried about it falling down. The stand clamp is strong, and quick: You won't spend 20 seconds clamping it onto a stand like some other ones.This clamp is absolutely legit. Get it.

This one was a little more money, and I mean, a LITTLE. But it was presented as a higher quality than the others I came up with in the search. I was very impressed with the quality and sturdiness, and that was with high expectations. I definitely lucked out with this one, seeing all the other options. I can't imagine a better version.I have an iPad Air with a folding case that will fit in the holder fine. It also fits my iPhone 13 sideways.Great product!
Good but with an issue
Extension is too short so if you want to mount it at 90 degree your tablet may not fit. Other than that really good quality, may be perfect for some people.

the wings on each side to hold the ipad/phone are about ..8in/2 cm and curve nicely, they grip an ipad well but you need to be careful about the case if you use one. the case cannot be one of those with the rotating grip or be any thicker than about 1 inch. I liked my old case a lot, it was NOT secure in there, love this holder so decided to buy a different case. bought a o****rbox defender and it fits really well. all of the other features seem solid, some concerns with owners about the clamp pulling out as it's not threaded (newer ones are) I just plan to use epoxy to fix mine if it happens. for the price I'm very happy with the holder. I'm going to buy a second one so I don't have to move it all the time. the adjustments are wide and it seems very very well made.

Habs direkt am Notenständer ausprobiert und es passt alles wunderbar.Das Tablet (10") passt aber nur senkrecht in die Halterung.
