I have been taking this for a week now and for the first time I am able to pass up on sweets, especially chocolate (which I love) and my appetite it definitely curbing sometimes I forget to eat. It has a slight bitter taste but it's bearable.. I can't attest to anything else yet, giving it one more week to see if I've shed any pounds

This Berberine formula along with the Quercitin formula that I am taking...Together while walking in the cold(36°) for an hour for that first day of excersise...I saw a great deal of fat come off in one day. I never feel pain in my thighs. I never seem to burn anything off of my legs. But I felt the burning in my legs and thighs like I was a kid again, after basketball practice. I will continue taking the supplements as directed. I still have a long way to go, especially after my pants fell down after 3 days after taking the combination and excersizing. That's how much I lost off of my stomach. I am not shopping I am just going to get a belt and continue with results. I love that I am not anxious or have that higher sugar levels while taking this supplement. Of course people are different, but thus formula works for me.

I've been on Clean Nutra Mynositol for almost 1 month. My fasting glucose was up and within a little over a week of using it was down 20 pts. My weight has went down a little, and my cravings have went down. So far I recommend this product.
