I LOVE THIS MASK!! Stays secure with straps. Don't need a cloth in between the skin and the mask. They've done that already. The soft side goes against the skin. It allows for perfect coldness. It fits well. It allows air circulation. I will order more!!!

Used this for facelift recovery. Does good job cooling but could be a tad wider extending to ear area. Depends on the purpose of the mask.

Love the texture on one side, it’s very soft. The gel beads on the other side stay cold for about 10 minutes. Its nice that it comes with a zip locked bag to protect it from the smells of your freezer. Make sure to tighten the strap when wearing. I use it first thing in the morning. I put it in the freezer and then use it right before bed, and put it back it the freezer. You’ll love it

Works great accept I would say it needs a smaller piece where the nose and mouth are the little strip in the middle needs to be smaller and the mouth slightly bigger other than that it's great

I totally love this mask. What a find! I often suffer from blocked sinuses, which can be very painful, and this mask will surely come in handy. What's more, you can use it for cold or hot therapy, and the mask itself is reversible and all!I didn't even need to put it in the freezer to benefit from its cold effect. The side with the gel beads stays nicely cold, and it can be quite refreshing, especially in the summer.I like products that are clever and versatile, and this one is pretty convincing to me. I tried both sides of the mask, and I found it easy to put on, thanks to the Velcro straps, which work perfectly both ways. I also tried walking along with it on, and it didn't slide down at all. When my family saw me, they thought it was a Halloween mask. So you could even use it for that!Happy to recommend this incredible product!

BeeVines, Ice/heat face mask, filled with 3,000 medical grade gel beads. Perfect for cooling the face, especially puffy eyes, but has many other uses, relaxing, headaches, migraines. This stays cold for about 20/30 minutes. It can be microwaved if you want it warm. This has a adjustable strap, to hold it in place. What's good about it, is its reusable. It does feel a little heavy. But is comfortable to wear.My grandaughter loves it and uses it all the time.Good value for money, as you can use it again and again.

I love this mask its so easy to use and once used you can wipe it clean and put it back into the freezer until next time.You need to make it quite tight around the back of your head to feel the benefit but it leave my skin refreshed and less puffy.The only negative is that the box and instructions it arrived in was for the eye mask! A little bizarre if even had a storage pack for the eye mask not the full face mask which arrived.

Looks great on advert, looks like has cooling effect.but, few bits:-quite heavy-does put pressure on the face/eyes area-touching eye area a bit..-quite big i would say-not comfortable to put on face and walk or do home stuff, best only when you are laying down.
Looks weird but works.
It's not something to be wearing walking around the house in the dark, it's a little bit creepy to look at. But it works and it works well.The mask is secured with velcro around the back, and the mask itself can be used either hot or cold. The inside feels nice and smooth against your skin.It's a good price for a re-usable mask, more cost effective than those disposable ones if you use these products regularly.
