I bought so many packs while breastfeeding! These are very hydrating! I only buy on Bolo as I get the best prices! For what you're getting I think it's reasonably priced and you get what you pay for! These are super efficient at keeping you hydrated. I also use these now after breastfeeding when I'm not feeling well as they work wonders when you're sick! The individual packets are super convenient. I would keep these in my diaper bag or pump bag for on the go. Easy to tear and pour into a water bottle. It also doesn't have a strong smell and is pleasant. I love these for multiple reasons! Highly recommend having these on hand! These are great for anyone! This specific flavor isn't my favorite flavor but it is still a good option! They taste great!

I recently tried Liquid I.V.’s Cotton Candy flavor, and overall, it’s a fun and unique addition to their hydration lineup. The flavor really does remind me of classic cotton candy — sweet, a little fruity, and nostalgic without being overpowering. It’s definitely sweeter than most of Liquid I.V.'s other options, which makes it feel more like a treat than a typical hydration drink.In terms of mixability, it dissolves easily into water with just a few shakes, leaving no gritty texture or clumps. The hydration benefits are just as strong as the other flavors, thanks to Liquid I.V.’s electrolyte-packed formula and Cellular Transport Technology (CTT). I noticed a real difference in how quickly I felt rehydrated, especially after workouts and on hot days.One thing to note: if you’re not a fan of sweet drinks, this flavor might be a little too intense. Excellent value for the money, easy to use, it smells sweet just like actual cotton candy, and it's so good and delicious. It's got great functionality because it's a packet to be mixed with a glass of water vs carrying a bulky bottle that can't even fit a cup holder. Great if you sweat a lot , maybe you've been sick, or your hiking and exploring either way you're going to need to replenish the electrolytes not just the water so why not do so with something that tastes good ?

The best Liquid IV flavor! I use these daily working in a factory with a low of 100 degrees, and they help tremendously to keep me going. The flavor itself has an amazing scent to it, and the flavor does not quite match the smell, but I will say that anytime I do drink it, it just makes me want to smile! Also, ordering the bigger bags is well worth the money, instead of the smaller boxes you would find at the grocery store. I have lived by this brand ever since they came out, and let me tell you, the hydration is next level and you will not be disappointed.

Smells just like those cotton candy Aldi yogurt tubes, it sooooo good. Definitely has a hint of cotton candy, it’s obviously a tiny bit salty bc it’s a hydration drink, but that fades as you drink. Definitely recommend doing the Purple Water thing since it’s just fun and you only need half the pack of both colors. It’s just fun, nothing changes between the taste of the two I don’t think. Got me to start drinking water again and get the ball rolling if I add less every time I go back so that I have that cotton candy essence. But yeah this is definitely not a flavor mix in like a kool aid would be, but it is definitely good for electrolytes! Also 100% add ice, it adds to the experience lol.

At first, I did not like this product because it had a lot of hype on other platforms, so my expectations were extremely high..but after diluting it a little bit ..turns out I love it and I just ordered my second bag! Mixing half of the blue and half of the pink is really yummy as well! I just have to be careful with my intake of sodium when not being active. The salt can be dehydrating if you aren't working out or being active to replace what you lose when sweating basically. Anyways, I highly recommend and I'm also excited to try other new flavors!

Delicious! I have POTS so I take 2 of these a day and it helps so much. Great flavor and texture, and if you mix the blue and pink it's pretty good, too. Dissolves quickly, not gritty at all
