I really wish I would have tried anything but these.To start the flavor is absolutely horrible. The first try made my stomach turn.I figured I would give another flavor a try (grapefruit) tasted like medicine but was tolerable so I decided to really give it a full hearted try.Obviously there was a difference between this and a vape. I was fully prepared for that and am in the headspace of quitting so that didn’t bother me too much but I probably could have used an old pin cap and got the same effect without the nasty flavor.After a few days of using these I ended up in urgent care with an infection in my throat. I don’t know for certain if these are what made me sick but I was fine until using them which I find odd.Overall even without the infection I would not recommend these. The flavor is awful. They don’t provide any similarity to vape in weight or in the hit.There are other things on the market that I think are safer and a better alternative than this item. I wish I would have paid more and saved myself the time and pain of this item.

I am 53 and had my first heart attack. I had smoked a pack a day for 23 years and found myself in the hospital with no smokes. I survived those 2 days and decided if I can do that I would be stupid to start again. My daughter ordered me these and I had to wait for them to arrive. During that waiting period I chewed straws, nicotine gum, nicotine lozenges, nicotine patches and quickly realized it was not the nicotine it was the action. When these arrived it satisfied the oral fixation I had been craving.There is ZERO nicotine, no charging, no smoke or vapors, it is not a vape. It is literally a plastic stick with flavor about the size of a Marlboro 72 and you can take it and use it anywhere!IT DOES give you the pull as if you are taking a drag from a cigarette and that was what I craved. I can hold it like a smoke, ash it like a smoke only difference is, no smoke. This has given me the freedom I needed. I love the spearmint and icy mint. Highly recommend!!

Horrible product. Went straight into trash. No flavor, no promised effects, just overall junk. Do not waste money on this, you will regret it.

Honestly i thought this was great. The flavor was bad at first but that’s bc i don’t like menthol and im used to the flavored vapes. but after a while off hitting it, it started to taste like gum. it’s helped with the craves bc i just sit it in my mouth and chew on it and hit it at the same time. i can also just sit here and hit it multiple times and not feel like im abt to die.

So far, this is exactly what I needed to get over the hand and mouth fixation of smoking. The fact that it tastes like menthol helps even more! I don't know how long the flavor will last because I just got it today, but I have ordered several more after trying it. I am making a real go at quitting, and I believe this is going to be my winning ticket!! I'll add more if anything changes. Adding more.... it's been 3 days since I quit smoking. I can only credit this brilliant invention. Flavor is still strong as ever every time I puff. I do keep both ends covered with their caps weekend not in use (read that helped from another review). I'm super happy and excited...I am buying the 3 packs now. I also added a review there. A coworker is now on her way to quitting with me after I brought her one to try. She agreed it is the best replacement so far for long time smokers. I'll repost more if I make it a whole week !

Cumplen con su función, me parece una opción muy buena para dejar de fumar. Me ha ayudando mucho , pero le doy 3 estrellas por el precio , la tardanza en llegar y sobre todo porque lo llevo usando menos de una semana y ya no tiene sabor

I would rate this a negative ten stars if such a rating were possible. It is sad to see how someone could possibly make money from a product like this. It went straight in the bin!
