Item: Unboxed and removed bubble wrap, product was in perfect condition. No cracks in the glass or plastic backing.Install: Watched a short YT vid for clarification, as the Bolo description mentions applying a supplied adhesive but this mirror was already glued to the backing. 1 less step for install is ok in my book.Used a 4" putty knife/paint scraper to remove old mirror. *PRO TIP: pop the bottom loose first and then the top, careful around the top left corner as this is where the 2 heating connections are and the wires are very thin. Then slide the 2 female leads off and use a small screwdriver or nail or pin to release the blind spot indicator's snap connector. Reverse the steps to install new glass. Fits perfect and heat works.Speaking of the blind spot - this mirror DOES NOT have the connector or blind spot indicator at all, which doesn't bother me. If you think this is an issue then keep shopping, if not then this is an absolute steal at $15.
