Perfect fit for my Karavan 12' trailer with folding sides and gate. Keep a pair as spares as they are not the most robust items, especially if the connection is not tights. Bumpy roads, trailer flexing, these ware out.

Purchased and used for a drop down tailgate ramp on a simple single axle utility trailer. Replaced original latches and fit perfectly. However, both latches broke within 5 mos. U-straps broke at bend in the same place. Appear to be weak / substandard metal or cracks in the metal at the bend. I would not buy again nor recommend. I’m looking for something else.

I just bought a used Karavan 6x10 utility trailer and it needed one of these. Just decided to replace them all. The extra brackets did not work on mine though and I needed one of those as well. Got it from easternmarine.
