not sure what all is in this product. I cannot read Korean, so I am at a loss on that from the packaging. I have been sneezing all day since I used this item in my coffee this morning,a nd as I drink my coffee, I keep sneezing, so I do believe I may be allergic to something in this product. If the company that makes this product could please send me an English version of the ingredients, I would greatly appreciate it. I am getting allergy shots, but it maybe another year, before they take full effect, so I will not be allergic to different items. I know it's not Ginseng I have been taking it for decades.

The taste is bitter but it is to be expected. So, far I do feel more energetic but it has been a few weeks. I will be buying it again because I do feel sluggish when I do not take it.
