This cleaner has exceeded my expectations in every way. I have been using pool cleaners since the Arneson Pool Vac 24 years ago. By Far this is revolutionary!The R110's advanced navigation system effortlessly maps my pool's shape, ensuring a thorough and efficient cleaning process. The powerful suction and specialized cleaning modes leave my pool floor, walls, and waterline spotless. Eliminates the old school cleaners that gasped for air at top and ended up puting air in line.I appreciate the convenience of scheduling cleanings through the Hayward app, allowing me to relax knowing my pool is being taken care of. The media could not be loaded. This Hayward vacuum is amazing! It cleaned my pebble bottom pool easily. It cleans in 2 hour cycles, does the walls, water line, and floors. The debris container is huge and allows for easy clean out. The power supply box has the button to activate the vacuum, you can schedule it to turn on daily, every 2 days, or every 3 days. The cable is strong and easily pulled the vacuum out of the pool for clean up. One thing to note is that this unit doesn’t have Bluetooth or Wi-Fi so there is no app control but the single button operation makes it pretty easy to operate. The tank tracks are great, it easily climbs over things in the pool and effortlessly climbs the walls. All in all it’s a great pool vacuum!Pros:Easy setupEasy clean outPush button operation

I've owned 3 of the older Hayward Tiger Shark pool cleaners. Always got the job done. Needed to replace the oldest Tiger Shark, so I decided to take a chance with the new Hayward R-130. Just plug it in and gets to work. Operation is flawless, and you forget its running since its a bit more stealthy. No issues what so ever. Climbs the walls (and steps) and easily maneuvers around my 3 pool coolers! I like the new filter design, much easier to remove and clean. Thank you Hayward!

The media could not be loaded. I have a pool with a lot of trees around it. The Pool Cleaner from Hayward is great. Leaves and small sticks get picked up quickly. The basket is really large and gets all the little stuff. I was most surprised by what they call PowerStream Technology. This thing is awesome on the waterline. It has these vents that push the cleaner right and left on the waterline as the scrubber cleans. Its really cool to watch. I do laps and don't have to worry about a face full of debris. This product is really worth it if a really clean pool is important. It is to me. I spend a lot of time out there.

From the promotional video it looks like the R110 scrubbed the waterline. The R110 barely does the walls and definitely doesn’t do the waterline. The spec sheet should clearly show what it does or doesn’t do. It is also not helpful the the R110 and R130 comments are in the same place. Bolo are great that I was able to return the R110 and upgrade to the R130 - unfortunately the R130 doesn’t even work, so I am sending it back. Reviewing the comments today, clearly there is a quality control issue at Hayward as it appears multiple buyers have had the similar issue - I.e. connect everything, place in pool, turn on power - and nothing!

Mine was delivered with two issues. The debris collection basket has two layers. An outer 4 panel snap out system and an inner one piece large debris catch basket. Issue one- the large debris catch basket is missing. Issue two- panel number two of the four could not be “snapped out” for cleaning. It was permanently stuck. I considered both to be easily correctable. Not so. Four attempts to get replacement parts were not successful. Every person contacted had no idea what I was talking about and had zero knowledge of the product. Trying to get help was an exasperating experience.I gave up and sent it back.
