Ever since I started taking this, my nails and hair started to grow and my skin looks nice..I believe one of the benefits is to support collagen production. It does help me not be so anxious and stressed. I take it for like 2 months then take a month off and go back on..that's just what works for me

Honestly I bought this stuff on a whim but I’ve heard so much about it over the years that I had to try it.I’ve been working really hard over the years and this really relaxed me after taking it for a few days.Great product and I would certainly recommend it.

I have tried several different types of supplements and I have tried different companies for the same supplements. I've figured out that not all supplements are created equal. This company has consistently sold extremely good quality products, literally in a completely different category of quality. They pay for 3rd party testing and I have yet to find another company that is doing that; that has yielded such good results with the best possible quality supplements. Like I mentioned, they are in a category much better than others, even national popular brands that are available in big chain stores.These Ashwagandha vitamins are becoming more mainstream after the Western world has figured out what people in Asian countries, as well as India, have known for decades. This supplement helps with so many different things, it's very helpful as an everyday pill to help maximize your own potential and wellbeing. It has different health benefits depending on when you are taking the supplement. I definitely recommend this "new" "miracle" supplement. Look into it. Definitely give Toniiq a try. They have consistently gone the extra mile, to bring great quality products into the mainstream. I highly recommend this supplement, as well as the company. I appreciate all that they do for their customers.

Before i get to far into the review i was paid as a tester for this.The only issue i have with this company is simply the have simplified labeling it would be nice if on the bottle / tub it told you what it was for i have had to relook up accouple times what their vitamins were for in the past.I take it more for the destressing with out any stimulate or high and it helps my anxiety too. I can't confirm or deny if it helps with sleep or not as I am on sleep meds prescribed by my doctor so I wouldn't be able to tell one way or the other or I would report it here. the tubs are a 60 day supply and there is little to no bad taste to the capsules it vegetable base pill not like your normal store bought pills and they are completely clear also. There is not much for me to say but these really work for me and i take them regularly.

So I was diagnosed with anxiety about 12yrs ago. For the first 10yrs I was prescribed and took Vistaril and Gabapentin, they both worked and stabilized me the issue was that after taking them for so many years I started to have side effects mainly from the Gaba and tolerance build up on both so I stopped taking them and decided to try natural supplements and found Ashwangda works wonders. I have taken the brand Youththeory with KSM everyday for the past 2yrs and they have helped tremendously. A few weeks ago I had ran out and couldn't wait the week it would take for them to come so I researched and came across this brand and received them the next day. I've been taking them for a month now and while they work I notice that they are not better than the Youththeory brand, there not as strong and need to be taken more often. This is just my opinion though there price definitely reflects there effectiveness, but not a bad second choice at all!!
