I had this scooter for over a year now and recently I misplaced the charger and couldn't find it. The scooter sat for weeks because of this. I decided to send the seller a message if I can buy a replacement charger but to my surprise, they sent me one free of charge instead!! Upon receiving the charger, I charged the scooter up to full power and the scooter worked like it when I first bought it! Thanks to the great customer service, even after a year of owning this scooter and then losing the charger for it, they still sent me a free charger.

We bought this scooter for our daughter as a Christmas gift (2024). It’s an awesome scooter!It was easy to assemble, Easy to use, variable speeds, good brakes, absolutely love it! We charged it and used it twice .My daughter loves this scooter. It was working perfectly until the handles kept moving . I reached out to costumer services to discuss fixing it . They looked into it to see if they could replace the part. The problem ended up being an internal part that couldn’t be replaced. They are sending me a new one to swap it out. They responded efficiently. 10/10 recommend this scooter. Customer service was excellent.

My granson who is 7 just loves his scooter!!Hes quite adventurous and a daredevil so I am happy with the speed adjustments as well as able to adjust the handlebars up or down to fit him.It goes just the right speed for his age-he loves the lights and all the bells and whistles too-it has many including Bluetooth capability-I looked thru hundreds of scooters until I found this one and it's a real winner!Thank you!He was one happy boy on his birthday!

My son absolutely loves riding it! The design is both sleek and thoughtfully made, ensuring a fun and safe experience for young riders. It offers just the right amount of speed—not too fast, but still exciting—making it ideal for children. The battery life is impressive as well, providing several hours of continuous play before needing a recharge. Overall, it's a fantastic product that delivers both entertainment and peace of mind for parents.[Updates]The customer service is great as well. We ran into an issue for the button, and got timely support from the customer service to help us resolve the problem.

Product arrived a few days early. My son who was nine, was able to assemble it by himself and then took it out for a ride. It was very easy to use and he got it in the first few minutes. He has since had lots of fun with this scooter. Charging was also very easy and quick. I high recommend!

…I only wish we didn’t need to bother them!We bought this scooter for our son as a Christmas gift (2024). It’s an awesome scooter! Easy to use, variable speeds, good brakes, absolutely love it! We charged it regularly, but late in February our son mentioned that it was “broken” and couldn’t ride it with the motor anymore. Basically, you would try to power it on like normal, but as soon as you release the power button, it would turn off, even after a full (overnight) charge. We’re looking at less than 2 months of periodic use, so that’s worrisome.I reached out to the company and they have been VERY responsive. Just over the course of a few weeks, I’ve received respomses In less than 24 hours to every email, troubleshooting video tutorials, and even a new throttle in the mail to swap out. When none of those things worked, they agreed to replace the scooter with a brand new scooter, which is great!I’m giving 5 stars right now because the scooter is really awesome and so is the customer service. Once we get the new scooter and use it for a while, I’ll definitely post an update.

My 8 year old daughter said it was fast and fun very enjoyable to ride. It has lights and plays music. She said what would make it perfect is if it had a place for a phone holder while she listened to her music and maybe even a water bottle.
