I didn’t take long enough to see any effects of this product. This product caused me terrible headaches that worsened each morning when I woke up. By day 4, I stopped taking it and the headache went away immediately. Did not work for me.

I have noticed that I’ve been sleeping better at night (more restful, less waking up) I have also bought the magnesium and glucosamine, just started these looking forward to some great results.
