My only complaint here is that you need to take quite a few to get to your ideal 5mg of creatine but if the only solution is making the capsules bigger then I totally understand that. Overall great capsules - no taste unlike mixing creatine with just water and it goes down smooth

These creatine pills weren't bad. I just didn't enjoy them. Swallowing 6 big pills everyday just started to get to me. I'll stick to gummies. I just don't understand who thought it was a good idea to have to take at minimum 6 big pills each day. They're not that easy to swallow. You do get 40 servings, but to me the price isn't reasonable.

I usually really like this brand but unfortunately this Creatine monohydrate formula didn’t help support my sleep like others. Wish it did cause I really need a clean casual formula.

I have always been skeptical of supplements, but I got this free to try, and figured I would give it a shot. I am convinced that it aids performance.While I was taking this I did gain a few pounds - probably 5-6, and I did run my distance runs faster, and I just felt stronger overall. The theory is that creatine allows your muscles to process energy more efficiently, and also causes them the take on more water, and this seems about right to me.After about 10 weeks I went off it - I was having some other health problems and dropped pretty much everything nonessential to rule it out as a potential factor. Within 2 weeks I lost about 8 pounds. My running times actually improved a little, though I would attribute that to the weight loss. I do feel like I maybe have lost just a little strength. That's subjective though - I don't do anything easily measurable for strength.If I were back in my athlete days, I would definitely give this a try, and figure out a way to cycle it for optimal performance. As an old guy to isn't competing with anyone but myself, I'm not sure whether I'll go back on it or not.

Six capsules are a lot to take in one serving, but they are easy enough to swallow. I finished the bottle with no issues—no broken capsules or adverse reactions. If powder is not your thing, these capsules are a good alternative.

So far so good. Been taking the the gummy creatine for awhile now. This seems to be just as good as the other brands that I’ve been using. They taste great and are easy to eat. No bad side effects to date. Same feel before, during and after the gym. Good value for the Mg.

Creatine in powder form never really dissolves well unless its in hot liquids which makes it a bit of a pain to consume. Anything somewhat warm or cold and it'll be extremely gritty.This is an easy way to consume creatine as its in a pill format. What's also nice is that this is NSF certified which is nothing something you always see on creatine products.

I don't necessarily have anything bad to say about these creatine pills... they are easy enough to swallow but they are really large and I hate swallowing pills to begin with... taking 6 at a time is a no go, I'll get my creatine another way. So I'd only caution you if you don't do well swallowing giant pills.
