I always make focaccia using King Arthur flour, so I was excited when I saw they made a quick mix. Overall it was delicious, but didn’t rise as much compared to the from scratch method. I made it to slice longways and make sandwiches, it was a little thin for that purpose but did the job. This is a great option that I’ll keep on hand when I’m in the rush, but I’ll probably try letting it rise longer than the directions next time.

It is pretty messy to make , and the dough gets stacked between your fingers and under your nails : even if you use gloves a lot of it will get stacked on themBasically it is a pretty messy process but it comes out good! My only suggestion is to add the little bag of Italian herbs to the dough when you are working it and not spreading the herbs on top at the end when it is already cooked : this way you will use the whole bag and it will taste better in my opinion.If I could, I would give this product 3.5 stars, but there is no 1/2 star 😐Once I cooked it, I let it cool down, then cut it in half and filled it with fresh mozzarella, pesto sauce and some arugula salad : to die for 👍🏻😀
