I use magnesium because I was deficient. I have absorption issues with vitamins and minerals. My lab is now within normal range. Has improved my ability to fall back to sleep when I awaken in night.

The product I was taking before this was difficult to swallow because of the size of the pill. This is much better. It seems just right thanks.

This product made me incredibly relaxed the first time I took a full serving (2 capsules). I mean within minutes I could barely keep my eyelids open. I felt completely groggy the next morning like I was stoned! Over the past week I took 1 capsule only (with Vitamin D) and I could barely get out of bed, then I could barely function for the entire morning. I have a thyroid disorder so this could be interacting with my medication. I’m not sure. 🤔 I heard so many great things about MG glycinate. It really helped me sleep like a baby but the side effect of next-day fatigue isn’t worth it!

Due to allergies, I need supplements with “simple” ingredient lists. This met the mark and is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do (unlike the two versions I tried before it). I’m surprised products with such short ingredient lists exist. There should be more products like this.

I bought this after seeing numerous recommendations. I will say my mother and husband love it and swear by it because it helps them relax and fall asleep easier. I don’t have as much problems falling asleep as them but I feel it does help me stay asleep throughout the night. We will be buying again!

I bought magnesium glycinate as a sleep aid. For me, it’s a sleep preventer! On the nights I’ve taken it, I’ve slept fitfully and spent a lot of time looking at the ceiling—and I am in a fog the following day. I didn’t give it 1 star because hopefully this product really is magnesium glycinate and its other properties are providing a health benefit. I’ll switch to daytime use.
