I had intermittent pain in my gums that would persist for days. It has been a few months now since I started using it, and my gums are healthier than they have been in a long time. The days with pain are rare occasions now.

These have really helped improve my gum health. They are quite abrasive, so be prepared for that! But not only did I notice the results personally, after my next dental checkup, they also remarked on my improved gum health!

This is a great Listerine mouth rinse. I use it every day and it leaves my mouth feeling refreshed and tingly. It isn't as strong as regular Listerine, but it does still have a little kick so it may not be for everyone but if you don't mind the Listerine kick, this would be well worth your money.
