These are very difficult for me to swallow. They are extremely large. Not sure of benefits yet. But too hard to get down.

I take sunflower lecithin mainly for the naturally occurring choline that's in it. Choline helps my mind start sharp, and I prefer to take it in as pure a natural form as I can. Sunflower lecithin usually comes in a large pill form or a powder, and these are definitely large pills. However they're no larger than other versions of this supplement, and they work just as well, with no bad side effects.Though the serving size is 3, I personally only take 1 pill a day in the morning, meaning one of these bottles would last me almost 7 months. Do note that they contain gelatin, so are not vegetarian. I'd recommend these pills-- they work and are a great value.

Piping Rock has made an easy to use supplement lecithin. This bottle comes with 200 softgel capsules that are super easy to swallow and digest. I have had no problems with my stomach after taking this supplement. No burping up a smell, either. I would consider this supplement pretty solid quality and value.
