I have 5 of this brand water scooter 3 orange and now 2 yellow and I take them to St Thomas USVI they are perfect but they only last 45 mins to an hour depending on usage anyway this model (Yellow) has 142 WH versus the old orange one at 97 WH so thats +46% more juice I cant wait to try them next trip hopefully they will give me a lot more fun time these are a game changer on the Reef no flippers needed just point in the direction and go you get much more time on the bottom as you do not have to expend any energy kicking and swimming to get to the bottom....

I got this Geneinno Electric Water Scooter after my 4-Year old Yamaha SeaDoo Scooter (4 years with me, but i bought it second hand) refused to hold charge and work for longer than 15-20 mins sessions and started to condensate water inside, it was time for it to go and for something more modern to take its place.This was a good deal based on the technology advertised and reasonably good reviews i pulled the trigger on it and i've had it for a couple of weeks and used it in two occasions, one in a big pool and one at a Lake last weekend in Austin, TX.The Lake experience was more valuable than the pool one when it comes to what this scooter can do in larger bodies of water and it's what i used my old SeeDoo scooter for.The build quality seems fine, nothing outstanding but less rugged than the SeaDoo scooter, it looks well built, however i don't know if it feels that the "wings" would take a direct drop very well.The top speed was, slightly disappointing. I mean it's a small and light device so it was expected, but going a couple of feet deep, added to the buoyancy of the scooter, you'd find that you aren't moving much and have to kick your fins/flippers to get it going, which kind of defeats the purpose of a scooter which is saving as much oxygen from body exertion.I liked the magnetic charging option which was great compared to having to pull the battery pack and putting it in a proprietary charger for the SeaDoo, but also uses a charging block, in the days of USB-C PD i would have very much preferred that, and that leads me to Battery Life:Advertised Battery Life is 60 Mins, i'd say that with intermittent use i got something closer to 40 mins, and that was with mixing low and high speeds, so it's not like i was in full throttle.App Integration is decent, but for some things like a Water Scooter i don't really know how much you'll be reaching for your phone to change a setting.The GoPro mount addition is a super nice feature.Having said that, both my experiences have proven something, this will not power through even slow ocean currents, sure it'll move you, but it'll be slower than the pool/lake experiences.It looks great, but honestly at $400+Tax it felt underpowered, it's good for use at a lake or at the pool or for light use, i wouldn't recommend this to go scuba diving at open sea, it's not bad, but probably at $249 this would have felt more appropriately priced for what it is, and don't get me wrong, i know it is costly to Research, Design and Produce something like this, but it just feels too much money for what it is.

When there was a charging issue with our unit the company immediately responded and then sent a brandnew scooter, the updated model with 143 lager capacity battery, as a replacement for free, We have since received the new unit and are grateful for all the helpful support of this seller.

I got this for my son as a gift. My son loves swimming and water. I got him for his 18th birthday.The moment I opened the box I realized this is a quality product. Love the simple yet elegant design. Geneinno S2 charges in about 2 hours.UPDATE: The propellers dont have enough suction power, ended up returning it. Charge doesn't stay on long enough to enjoy..

I purchased 2 of these. They have always been a blast to use, they draw a lot of attention and if used and taken care of properly they last. One of mine stopped working after about 4 years despite rinsing as it should it would charge fully but propellers would no longer activate when both buttons were pressed. I gave it to someone who assumed the problem could be rectified if unit was slightly disassembled and corrosion cleaned. I always had mine in the ocean so corrosion was expected. If you keep your feet together and your body in a straight line with straight outstretched arms.....you won't regret owning or buying one. They cruise around at a decent speed, they were light enough for me to carry 2 at once (I'm a girl) and are strong enough to pull a heavy person through rough times (if done as mentioned above) I love these and if thec2nd one breaks down I'll most certainly buy another one from this company. This device isn't a toy and it does need to be cared for appropriately. The deep dark abyss you find at the edge of a ocean reef is scary and exhilarating, a must do. Oh and battery life is great, I've used it all day and found it still had life left the next day even 6 months later it still had residual life in the unit after being stored. I gave it 4 stars because I couldn't service the device, it was fully charged but didn't work and it was a bummer to have it not work during my vacation.
