This vacuum is amazing! It’s way better than the roomba we have. It’s programmable and works well. My favorite part is how quiet it is. This is a must have!

Report on T1 mop version.Noted most reviews are for mop/ vac combo.Pros: very efficient n effective. Self Programs well...and consistently cleans entire floor.One package soap included...I've never purchased another. Manages everything except corners.Cons: customer support is useless. It's email. Response is unintelligible nonsense....sort of a very bad translation from Chinese. There are LeFant customer groups on line...Reddit has one.First one failed after 5 months...replacement still going strong at 6 months.Maintenance: altho self cleaning...its pads should be washed once a month or so. More importantly...dirt collects on its cleaning mat. That pulls out to wash. Also..it has a heater...therefore electricity. Be sure to turn off heater when not using. If unplugged for long time...battery is said to suffer.

Despite the price tag, the T1 is not a combo product it's only a mop. I accidentally made the mistake of thinking it's both especially since they listed it with other vaccuums so those reviews speak to the vacuum benefits. A bit misleading. Anyways it a fine product and the finish is not as metallic as it appears here it's a really beautiful near matte yet glossy rich taupe. Size is huge, about the size of kitchen garbage can. It comes with spare mops and a spare container reservoir which is nice.

For an $800 mop, 4 months of periodic use, I would have hoped the water tank and robotic eye would have lasted longer. Support is quite difficult to find

There are good things about this little vacuum and also some things that are not so good.First of all I will say that it does a great job on hardwood floors. I would expect that it would do just as good on any hard floor, like tile or vinyl. It is very quiet. I let it go and sometimes I’m not sure where it is because it is so quiet and I have to go looking for it. It’s low profile with a sleek design. It can also run for a couple hours before it needs charge. The dust container is super easy to take out and dump, and there a brush to clean off the filter. It comes with an extra filter and extra edge brushes as well which is nice.Now on with what I don’t like. First of all, the app. I stopped even trying to mess with that. I have a dual band internet so it should have worked fine but after 30 minutes of trying to sync it with my phone app, and it was only about 50% done, I stopped trying. I tried again later with the same issue, stuck at 50%. I’m done with the app, not going there again. The remote was also a pain. It was almost as if the battery compartment is glued shut. It’s extremely difficult to remove at times, other times it just pops off. I don’t know what’s up with that. Perhaps because I still don’t know all the ins and outs of the remote, but I’ve found it doesn’t change direction well using the directional button.It does ok on low profile rugs, it seems to go from hardwood onto the rug without much of an issue most of the time. It definitely doesn’t vacuum the rug nearly as well as a hard surface or even half as well as a traditional vacuum, but I’m ok with that as long as it keeps the hardwood clean. I’ll just vacuum the rugs the old fashioned way.I also found that it doesn’t seem to know where home is. I push the home button on the remote and it mainly just a goes in circles, stops and goes in circles again like it’s lost. I have to physically take it back to the home base unit every time.I was torn between a 3 and a 4 rating because of the app and not able to find home and probably would have given a 3 1/2 if that had been possible. But I went with a 4 because it does do a great job on hardwood. Perhaps in time the issues with working the remote and getting it to return home will be resolved. I’m assuming it’s operator error.
