I am a novice golfer and this is a "starter set". The set I bought has graphite shafts. The shafts are 1 inch extra length to accommodate my 6-4 height. Nice club selection, all clubs are quite hi-tech, the bag is of good quality. Great deal for the money. My impression is that these clubs are good enough for all but the most advanced golfers.

Son said the graphite shafts are too flexible and he broke one. Should have gotten the metal shafts I suppose.

I really enjoy these clubs
Will not make you play better lol
I have always loved Callaway clubs and these are not an exception. Great feel, great performance, great looks. I love going out and playing golf, but I suck at golf. These clubs helped me to suck slightly less. I hadn’t played in a decade due to a back injury. This year decided to get back at it. Played two rounds with my buddy's extra set of Taylor Mades (he’s been a fan for a while and kept his old set when he upgraded) then decided I needed my own clubs because I caught the golf fever again. So TLDR - great high handi capper clubs. VERY forgiving, the bag could be better (cooler pocket) but isn’t in anyway bad. Honestly, as someone who plays about 20 rounds a year (round a week in northern Canada - c’mon we only have four months of summer!) I will use these clubs for the next 10 years, so really, very cheap per round investment. Cheaper than rentals at most courses really.

A really good set of clubs. The rescue woods included are fantastic for hitting long straight shots from the fairway or light rough.
