My hairdresser said it was due to the several stressful family things happening in my life. I saw an advertisement on Instagram via Christina from Flip or Flop and had to give this vitamin a try. I use Mary Ruth's products and have for years. Love them. This liquid vitamin, however, is a game changer for shedding/hair loss. In my opinion, it has decreased by 75% and I am just into my third month. I did, however, see results within the first week. While everything doesn't work for everyone, this product is definitely worth a try. I give it a 10 out of 10...probably a 20 out of 10.

I highly recommend this if you are looking for a vitamin source in liquid form. It tastes great and is very easy to manage on a daily basis. I take it after I've eaten just to avoid possible stomach sensitivities, and there have been no issues whatsoever. I will definitely be reordering this product!

Last year, I discovered a game-changer for my hair: I took these vitamins for 8 months, which made a big difference because I had lost my hair due to COVID in 2021, which went right into 2022. While it didn’t make my hair grow longer, it significantly thickened it, which was incredibly encouraging. I have been on thyroid medication for 15 years, but unfortunately, after my doctor changed my thyroid medication, my hair began to fall out once again. The second time it fell out was because I had COVID for three months. This setback left me feeling extremely down, and so I decided to stop taking Mary Ruth Vitamins for five long months.Looking back, that was a mistake. After just three weeks of resuming the vitamins, I've noticed that my hair remembers the benefits, and the shedding has decreased significantly. Once again, I am fully committed to keeping Mary Ruth hair vitamins in my routine because I realize how crucial they are for my hair health. Although it isn’t thick just yet, I’m also taking collagen, + Mary Ruth Vitamins, but it wasn't until I started taking mary Ruth vitamins once again that the collagen couldn't do it on its own, I felt, and now I can feel that my hair is on the path to recovery. I truly believe that with consistent care, my hair will bounce back to where it was before COVID or after the medication change. Don't underestimate the power of the right vitamins—you won’t regret investing in your hair health!.

First of the taste it’s ummm weird? Not as bad as the prenatals but not amazing either. I’ll be honest I try putting it in smoothies and regular juice and it made it taste even worse. I’m only on day 4 so I haven’t notice any difference in the effectiveness but trust and believe I will finish this bottle it was too pricey to throw it away. This is how I take it if you need ideas, ps I am very sensitive and everything I don’t like makes me gag dramaticallyMy method on taking it:With a medicine syringe drawn the amount, pinch your nose and put it as far in your throat as you can than take it. DO NOT let go of your nose until your have swallowed it completely but do it fast you I don’t want you passing out lol(Tip: have a strong flavor drink on hand)

I have a lot of hair loss because I had kids back to back and I’ve been taking this for about 2 months! This really helped with my hair!!! My hair feels really thick and I noticed it is getting longer!!! Also way less fallout!!! I really enjoy it!!! The taste is great as well! I got the the multi plus hair growth. 10/10 recommend!

Es un producto que tiene todas sus cualidades...Le doy un 10 , en menos de un mes mi cabello empezó a verse cambios positivos como brillo.. sedosidad y lo principal crecimiento al 100% voy por el segundo frasco.. todo encaja su sabor natural a mango a parte me da mucha energía cosa que lo había perdido por mi problema de tiroides..Lo recomiendo a ojo cerrado ....☺️☺️☺️

Still under review but I will say it is very easy to digest. This is bottle #3 and still on bottle #2 where people have complimented my hair and noticed it becoming fuller and longer. I am going through "the change" and it had left me with thinning hair the last 3 years.

Great flavor, didn't notice a difference in how I slept, didn't affect my energy level or hair growth IMO. It's pricey considering that it didn't help with shedding or hair growth. I like that it wasn't high in sugar and that it had quality ingredients in it.

It works. My hair feels thicker, and I’m definitely seeing new growth in areas that were starting to thin out. I was pretty skeptical at first, but it’s made a real difference.BUT—and it’s kind of a big but, along with all this new growth, I’ve also noticed more grey hairs showing up. Like, a lot faster than before. It’s like my hair is coming back with a vengeance, but it didn’t get the memo to keep the color.Not a dealbreaker for me (there’s always dye), but something to be aware of if you're hoping for a full head of youthful hair. Still, I'd rather have more hair than less, even if some of it is silver.

Loving this product . Been taking this famous Mary Ruth’s liquid morning multivitamin + hair growth . Since April 12 . I received it on the 11 th of this month . I m seeing results in my skin smoother .tighten my areas around my eyes too , the taste for me peach and mango not my flavours together. LoL
