I don’t usually leave reviews but this stuff has been a game changer !I was having a dozen + hot flashes per day it was seriously wrecking my life , within the first week of taking this I have so few and sometimes none per day . Hot flashes were making life unbearable but I’m happy they’re finally under control .

I ended up getting rid of these because I have had Estrogen/Progesterone positive breast cancer. After further researching geniVida it is not good for someone who has had that type of breast cancer because it’s phytoestrogen. I thought I had found something to help with hot flashes.

Just bought my second bottle and I think it’s working. Hot flashes used to be almost daily, haven’t had one since about a week after taking this. I can’t swallow large pills, even this one, so I just toss it into my smoothie machine, and drink it daily. Not that it matters, but the pink coating is so pretty!

Works really well. I noticed it doesn’t work as well if you are taking other multi vitamins. So I cut back on other multivitamins and just used this one. My night sweats and hot flashes are about 80-85 percent gone.

I bought this about a month ago to see how it would affect perimenopause symptoms like hot flashes during the day and night. Mood swings and insomnia. I read that these types of supplements can take some time and you should be patient and take it for more than a month to truly see how it helps. Well I came to purchase a second 30 day supply, but they want to chat3 times the Amount i paid a month ago. That alone caused a hotflash and 3 mood swings and I’ll definitely be up overthinking it all night. Maybe it’s a sign from mother nature it was t meant to be and I should move on and try something else. Wish I could tell you all I had a great experience, but all I have is that nothing has changed except the insanely high price from what it was. Don’t get me wrong I do not mind paying $50 for something that works and something that doesn’t price gouge. Shouldn’t be illegal! One start for not causing any extra issues while taking it.
