I didn't have high expectations for this. I have tried many things only to be disappointed. I started to take this and it was maybe a week in that I felt it was helping. I fall asleep quicker and sleep through the night. If I do wake up during the night, I can fall right back asleep.

A good nights' sleep sometimes doesn't come easy during different stages of life. This product promises to help, but the thing is, its something you have to take every night for it to work. You can't take it only when you need it and you have to take it for at least 4 weeks for it to start working. There are only two active ingredients, spearmint and green tea. The rest is a list of colors and fillers added to the tablet. I did hope it was going to work, but so far it really hasn't provided more that a nominal improvement. I probably won't continue it's use.

When they everything is not for everybody!!! OMG…the absolute worse experience I ever had with hot flashes and sleepless nights!!!My sister tried it and loves it, so she suggested that I try it too!! I took the supplement for approx. two weeks to give it chance and had to stop. I was so miserable!!!
