I first bought these about a year after my full hysterectomy at 32, just to see if it would help my hot flashes. I have been using for over 6 months, no hot flashes since. It’s also helped so much with my mood. I am not so quick to get irritated. I can’t go without them!!!!!!Side note: I am also on an estrogen patch with this vitamin. But using only the patch the flashes were like I was burning from the inside out

I use another product with ashwaganda and it does help me. This is fine, does help, but pretty pricy. I like tea and the other supplement I use better. Will probably not purchase this again honestly. I would say this is a good product to try if you are new to this type of supplement so I would recommend it, just not going to repurchase for myself at this point.

I used this formula of Centrum along with the other 2 Centrum menopause relief vitamins , and instead of making me feel calmer, it actually made my mood swings worse! ! May only work for some women, but it wasn’t for me.
