The flavor is genuinely enjoyable — not overly sweet or artificial like some others — and it mixes well with water, no clumps or residue.My energy and focus is steady without the crash, and the ingredient profile looks clean and well-formulated. I’ve been using it before morning workouts and definitely feel more dialed in. Plus no dramatic “tingly” sensations.My only small complaint is the packaging. It comes in a pouch, which isn’t super convenient for daily use. A scoop inside is helpful, but it’s a little annoying to reseal compared to a tub because the powder will get in the seal creases. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of.Overall, great value and performance. I’d buy it again — hopefully in a more user-friendly container next time.

This is amazing! It gave my work out exactly the boost I needed. Before, I was struggling through my strength training workouts and tried some of my normal remedies. This product along with their Pink Himalayan electrolytes did the trick. Follow the instructions- it started to work in a little less than 20 minutes. I was able to hold form and endure much better. Will be sticking to these products and trying out more of the brand! Very impressed!.

The media could not be loaded. Delivers exactly what I need—clean energy, great taste, and no jitters. The flavor is refreshing and sweet, with a nice balance between strawberry and lemonade. It mixes well, giving me the boost I need for my workouts. I did crash after the work out though.I’ll need to add an extra scoop and it might be fine.The only downside is the packaging the seal isn’t the best, and it can get a little messy when scooping. A sturdier container or better resealing option would make this product perfect.Overall, the pre-workout itself tastes fantastic, and I’ll keep using it—I just wish the packaging was as great as what’s inside!

My husband uses it every other day for work out. He has had no complaints and likes the flavor a lot. It does make him itchy but I feel like that’s most pre workout.

Eh it’s okay…has a funny smell and after taste, definitely have had better, no tingle feeling or jitters, got me through a workout

I love the ingredients, no sugar and no Sucralose. I enjoy the strawberry lemon flavor which is slightly tart. I find the packaging to be clever. It takes up less space and the Velcro closure works well. As much as I wanted to love the product. It does not work for me. I love caffeine and don’t mind the tingle from pre workout, but this made me straight up sick. I was sweaty and it bothered my stomach even though I had a snack with it. It did not improve my energy, just made me feel gross. The worst part was the crash. It somehow made me feel more tired than I would’ve been without it. Awful. Don’t waste your money.

Loved this pre work out. It gives you a great amount of energy without all the jitteriness. It gives you good focus. It does give you a bit of the itchy feeling but not a crazy amount. The flavor of it is good better than a lot of other flavors I have tasted. It’s easy to drink, does not have a bad texture.

Packaging is trash makes for a bad daily experience. Bag doesn’t reseal well at all. Messy.
