I was trying to find a replacement for one I got in Japan and this is even better than I had anticipated. Perfect size and the smooth surface makes it very easy to wash. The spout is very helpful. I believe it’ll last a long time too :)

This is a lovely bowl. It has a little spout. It is a nice size and easy to clean. I love the soft green color.

Smooth, sleek, and very modern, the design is both aesthetically appealing and highly functional. The green color is considerably paler than it seems in the pictures, but I actually came to really like the subtle tint. The size is perfect for whisking a single serving of matcha at a time. I've also occasionally used it as a pitcher for sauces to pass around the table at meals, since the spout never drips and it's easy to clean. The walls are thick enough that it doesn't feel fragile, so I'm hopeful it will last a good long time.

I bought this chawan to replace my original one from a set that broke because that seller did not sell individual pieces. I found this as a closest replacement chawan in color. I am so pleased that it is beautifully crafted and heavy in weight. It is a perfect replacement and I couldn't be happier!

This bowl is made of thick ceramic. It is large enough to make several matcha drinks. The spout makes it easy to pour your matcha once mixed. It is durable and beautiful. It comes with a soft gray storage bag. We are so glad we bought this matcha bowl and we highly recommend it.
