Contrary to what others mentioned, this is genuine Cricut vinyl. If you visit the Cricut website it explicitly states that the Value Vinyl does not come in a box or packaging. This reduces the cost which is a selling point. The reusable sticker that holds the vinyl together is the only thing you get. Also, the vinyl is only sold online to pass the discount to consumers. I purchased this vinyl after watching the Makers Gonna Learn review. The vinyl is relatively thin. Instead of a paper backing it has a PET type film. Without hesitation this is by far the best Cricut vinyl I’ve used! The weeding is incredibly easy even with intricate cuts/detail. The adhesion is strong as well. I created a few stickers and try to peel them off to determine their adhesion-it was tough to take off which is a good thing. To get the best cuts when you’re about to cut your project select “browse materials” and type “Value vinyl” and it will be perfect every time. This vinyl is on my top 3. You won’t regret the purchase.

Never again will I buy any vinyl other than Cricut!At the school where I work, we cut a lot of complex shapes, like the one shown in the picture. I have repeatedly tried to "save some money" by using other types of vinyl, but they often take me 30 to 40 minutes to weed out intricate designs. Every little piece comes off, and I waste half the sheets because I have to start over.Recently, we ordered Cricut vinyl, and the difference is incredible! I just completed a whole set of complex cuts, and each one peeled off effortlessly in one swipe, like a dream!

This is not quite the same as the premium cricut vinyl but works well. Used for stencil material and adhered well to the boards. Good price for stencil material. Only time will tell if it is capable of permanence when and if it gets used for that purpose.
Picture is misleading
Although the picture shows a box, it does not come with one, it is only shipped in a shipping envelope, not that this was a problem as I knew it was a value item, but there could be damage on the next order

I wish there was ZERO rating! This stuff is absolute waste of money! It doesn't weed worth crap. The carrier sheet pulls off but the vinyl stays on. Then you have to pick it away, and that's ONLY if you can get it to actually cut in your machine. It's so thick I haven't found a setting it will cut properly at. I have tried 6 times now to cut a design for a shirt, I have already lost money just doing that! It will trace the design out but it's near enough to even try to weed it, it doesn't cut! I bought 2 rolls of this stuff, 35ft long and I wish I had opened them before now or I would definitely be sending them both back. BIG waste of money, DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!! Yes I know how to set pressure etc... for different vinyl but nothing works!
