I use jaggery quiet regularly. This time we thought of looking for a an online product and came across this which says organic and pure.It says expiry date is 2027, and storage instructions says keep in a cool dry place & donot use wet spoon.We followed the same, used just a couple of times and today saw a layer of fugus all over the jaggery..I don't recommend. I have not seen jaggery going that bad this soon.Smelling like fermented sugar alcohol.

jaggery cube came out all meshed up and in little quantity.. and worst of all can't be return.. so my advice is : don't buy.

This product is amazing! The depth and complexity of the tastes everything that I was craving looks a bit different than how you see it on TV but you can break it in chunks and irregular pieces yourself. The smell is off the charts amazing! I think it's a great value for the money.

I bought this out of curiosity. When I got it I opened it immediately and tried one. They look and are almost the texture or a sugar cube. The taste for me tasted like a dark molasses on the form of a sugar cube... I personally wasn't in to it . I threw it away , cause I know if Im going to have sweets I sure wouldn't waste the calorie or sugar intake on these.

This is a good way to sweeten your food, a more healthy way. It's considerably expensive, but would be justified, if this is really organic. However, there is no label, nothing to prove, that this is really organic.

These are jaggery sugar cubes. Jaggery is unprocessed cane sugar. The color is naturally brown and it still has the cane sugar flavor similar to sugar cane juice. The cubes have a bit of moisture into them but they are self stable. I use this sugar to make syrup for desserts such as ginger syrup for tofu pudding or brow syrup to drizzle on sweet soup. The cubes are soft and easy to break apart to get the amount you need. I'd highly recommend this sugar.
