I really love the game, the gameplay is not the most engaging thing in the world,but is fun, and the changes they made since the last entry, have been great, the story is nothing to write home about, but is serviceable to get you into the game if this is your first one.That being said, I found the most enjoyment on this game while creating new gunplas, so while I think is a must if you enjoy Gundam or gunpla in general as the customization options are amazing, and the possibilities to create new suits feel endless, but just as a mecha action game I wouldn't recommended as much, as the gameplay during missions can be s little basic and repetitive.

I pre-ordered this game at Gamestop. Before I picked it up on release day, I saw critics were already giving this game a 7/10.Being a Gundam fan, I still wanted to give this game a shot. After a week of playing, I can say that it is fun.Pros:Insane amount of customization options. You can select every part and weapon of your Gunpla. Change colors and scale.Playing online is simple and an easy way to get more parts and upgrade materials.Plenty of bluprint (save) slots available so you can create different builds for different play styles.Game is still new, so there's plenty of time for updates to improve gameplay. More levels will be released.Always new weapons to try out. SD Gundam parts are fun to see.ConsStory mode is dry. Have to complete story missions to unlock more content and increase your level cap.Some may find it too easy. Unless you're way out of the mission's level suggestion, it's pretty simple. Combat reminds me of Dynasty warriors.I haven't tried the diorama mode yet, but hopefully there will be in-game rewards for players who take the time to make some epic battle scenes.Overall, it's exactly as advertised. It's a fun way for newcomers to step into the world of Gunpla. I'm impressed with how much content is included. It's fun to join an on-line lobby and see all the crazy builds others have made.For me it's an 8.75/10
