Loved it! Had everything i needed. Drill is easy to use and I love that it has a safe option for when your not using is. It charges pretty fast maybe like an hour.

Works as intended, I only needed the power tool for one thing and gave the set to my brother and he couldn't be happier with it. He's been doing so many DIY projects since he's gotten it.

the drill doesn't charge at all

Drill not working
Great tool kit, however drill not charging, tried multiple chargers, and it does not charge at all. Rest of the tool kit is good.
Good except power drill.
Perfect tool kit for regular house applications. I bought the smaller version for my parents. More than what a normal person needs.The only reason I don't give 4-5 stars is the drill. The battery died quickly and won't hold a charge. When you click "customer support" it tells you the site isn't safe 😕Purchase the smaller kits without power tools and it'll do most of anything you need.
Product quality and technical support
I purchased a tool set in May 2024, but the drill is no longer charging. I have tried contacting technical support multiple times without success. Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

It is a really nice set overall but the drill does not charge. I purchased two sets, one for myself and one as a gift and for both sets the drill would not charge. I noticed that some other people in the comment section had the same problem. It is too bad because they sat overall is amazing.
