The media could not be loaded. This pan has seriously changed the game for me.To pre-face, I’ve never bought a high-end pan before. The Always was a long awaited splurge for me and it was 100% worth it.Right from getting it out of the box I was impressed. The blue salt shade is stunning and looks super sleek. Love the additional accessories too, everything felt very bespoke and beautiful. Presentation was truly a 10 out of 10.That being said, I was a little anxious about performance (in my experience, it’s just about impossible to find cookware that looks good and is also functional lol). But the best part? This pan does everything, and it works like a dream from the built-in colander to the premium field to the nonstick. I made some scrambled eggs and sautéed veggies for my first run, and then nonstick is no joke. The eggs slid right off, no sticking at all. Cleanup was a breeze, too, which is a huge win in my book.Another thing – It’s oven safe up to 450°F. Crispy chicken thighs from the stove to the oven all in one pan? Yeah, I’ll take it. One of the main pushing factors for me was the fact that this pan is supposed to “replace to 10 pieces of cookware“. It’s supposed to braise, sear, steam, strain, sauté, fry, boil, bake, and sit pretty. And it does!The only test I’ve yet to give it is the test of time, but for now, I am through all that this new addition to my kitchen and genuinely surprised at all the pans (and trays and pots even) That it’s replaced. I wasn’t expecting such a high-level of value, but the Always Pan has seriously been a game changer. For anyone reading this, just go for it! It’s easily my favorite thing in my kitchen, my kitchen now.

Purchased the 10.5” Always Pan in the color steam. Been using this pan everyday for almost 2 months now and cannot believe how easily, whatever food we are cooking in it, slides around. Also have found it to be easily cleaned…simply let it cool for a bit, then rub a paper towel around it before taking to the sink for gentle cleaning (non abrasive dish cloth, with a bit of gentle dish soap) Yes, the extra (small handle) gets very hot, so a small mitt is advised before touching it…not a problem for me, not worth taking a star off for that, common sense will do.I do cook with this pan on an electric stove and always allow the pan to heat up on a low to medium heat setting before putting, oil, food, etc into it. It will take a bit longer to start sizzling, boiling etc., but I never turn the heat above the medium setting, and my food comes out more than perfect every time. Others have mentioned discoloration around the outside of the pan…have not experienced that at all, as my pan looks just as new as the day I opened the box, and that’s with several times a day of everyday use.I believe, no matter what stove type you have, if you consistently use it correctly (low to medium heat, no metal utensils, and properly maintained) this beautiful pan will work exactly as described for a very long time.Pictures of my pan after 2 months of everyday use.

This pan worked fantastically for 9 months, and not sure what occurred but the eggs started sticking to the pan, and it took a day of soaking to clean, which I thought was odd given it didn’t perform this way when I first used the pan. I wrote to our place, and gave them my Bolo order # in an email. They got back to me right away with suggestions on restoring the integrity of the pan. After we completed the suggestions and the eggs were still sticking , They sent me a new pan right away free of charge. When Im in the market for a new pan, Our Place is what I will be buying. Excellent customer service.

I bought this pan because it was the one item my ex live-in GF took and I really enjoyed cooking with it. She owned the item when she moved in and I believe it was several years old and worked beautifully. I loved the pan so much I decided to get my own.Note: I live alone, so to say my new pan was "light-duty" is an understatement. At first the product worked exactly as I remember from the ex's, and was so easy to cook and clean - NOTHING STUCK! Then my daughter came to visit with her fiance last week, and I was making a big breakfast. OMG, I tried to make a large batch of scrambled eggs for the table (8 eggs), and Oh Boy what a freaking MESS! Egg stuck all over the pan, and couldn't scrape it off with plastic utensils. We ended up going out for breakfast! I let the pan soak in the sink before I tried to wash it. Still stuck on mess after letting the egg mess sit for 8 - 10 hours. I tried to use the pan this morning to make two eggs and you guessed it, same mess. Please also note that I never used any abrasive product on the pan, as residue would slide off and it was unnecessary. I can only surmise that the ceramic coating is microscopically thin, and when that "wore off" in about 60 days the pan is DOA.$150 pan is ruined in 2 months. I agree with other negative comments here that the product manufacturing must have changed, as my ex's pan was old and still worked (including its non-stick properties of course) flawlessly.What is really frustrating and what caused me to write this negative review is that there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THE MERCHANT ON THE Bolo PAGE!!!! I was going to reach out to inquire and see if they would send me a new pan, giving the benefit of doubt that maybe this was a defective one-off. But now that I see that the merchant hides behind Bolo, they obviously do not want to deal with issues - as they say in Latin - CAVEAT EMPTOR - let the buyer beware. I even went to the "store" that Bolo directs you to, and guess what, there is no "contact us" page, or email, or address or anything. This shows how much they care about their customers - ZERO!
So good I can't believe I used other pans.
This is very expensive for a pan but it is so worth it. Its a heavy pan but it feels quality. The non-stick is amazing, I feel like I barely need to use oil with it. Cleaning is a breeze too, a simple rinse and all residue is gone.

THis is hands down the best pan I have ever bought. Easy to clean (100% non-stick), has high walls to stop oil spitting, has a solid grip, and I love all the bits that come with it... lid makes it my new favourite pot too!
