Fine electrolyte capsules. I keep these in my gym backpack to ward off cramping. Very happy w/ apparent calcium carbonate levels. One star subtracted because I question the value of these as keto/diet pills; to be clear, I think these would be better marketed as intra-workout pills.

Good value in a three pack. Has vitamins and minerals to support you on your keto journey. It's likely beneficial to supplement if you are following a keto program, as the particular restrictions may create a need for more of certain vitamins and minerals. This formula is easy to take. It's recommended to take 30 minutes before a meal, and that's likely due to the ACV. It's all good, and hasn't upset my stomach taking it whatsoever. There is no weird taste or odd smell. I cannot say if this has been a great help, as most of the changes likely created by taking it are internal, but neither have I detected anything wrong. I have not taken 2 capsules, three times daily as taking 6 is a lot. I've only taken it once daily, and it has been easy to integrate into my routine.

These were not too bad. I like that they have apple cider vinegar in them so that is a plus. They were easy to swallow although I have not seen much difference after taking them for a while. I will finish them in hopes they will help but I am not hopeful. They were not expensive so that was nice since I have not seen much results.
