Exactly the natural boost I need for milk supply. I have avoided Fenugreek, which this is Fenugreek free. There is no weird after taste or a smell when you burp. Put it on a subscription order for a discount!

I did notice some joint discomfort while using them, so I’ve been cautious about how often I take them. Still, they’re a solid option if you’re looking for a little extra support and want something simple to add to your routine.

I wish I could give this more stars. But I’ve been using this for a wee bit now. And it’s just not doing what it should. I’m still producing the same amount as before. And it’s a little upsetting. Wish I could get a refund on this. But unfortunately I can’t.Update: this product has made my baby extremely gassy, have reflux and make him completely miserable. I’ve reached out to Bolo directly, which gave me a refund. But I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone. It’s not worth my baby being in pain.
