I'm in perimenopause and was up 20lbs despite not having made lifestyle changes (I lift weights and track my diet, have been for years). My fasting glucose was on the very highest end of normal, which was concerning. I started with 1 pill after lunch, and just recently started doing 1 pill in the morning and a second after lunch.I read somewhere that berberine takes 8-12 weeks to work, and right on week 8 I noticed that I had increased urine output (common with berberine). I am on week 12 now and I'm down 10lbs and feeling great again. My cravings are gone, I'm no longer tempted to raid my pantry, and my swelling and bloating are gone as well. This is the second brand I've tried, and the other supplements in addition to berberine may be making a huge difference, as I didn't see this effect when I took berberine alone from a different brand. Definitely a good value for the money, good pill size that is easy to swallow. Highly recommend!

So far I haven’t had any problems. I started it almost 2 weeks ago so not quite enough time. Has passed to see any changes however I’ll come back and review it later after I finish a bottle. I had absolutely no issues taking it no stomach problems, and has no taste or aftertaste. Easy to swallow but drink plenty of water or beverage. I wouldn’t just swallow it without something to drink.

Update: Without even asking, the seller reached out and gave a refund. I'm guessing they saw my review. It was not their fault that I had a reaction to one of the ingredients. I have changed my rating due to their attentive business practice. As far as berberine as a tool for weight loss, it has worked wonders for me. I lost around 20 pounds in a few short months.Original review: I've taken another brand of berberine and didn't have any problems but this one gave me terrible upper abdominal pain. It's likely from one of the other ingredients. I suspect the bitter melon. At any rate, I'm unable to take this & will have to cancel subscription.

Been taking this 2x a day and so far I feel great.I feel full after few bites.I haven't measure myself yet because it's been 4days but I see a difference.

I gave it 3 stars because the product is not right for me. I experienced an increase in restless leg and after much research found that it is linked to Berberine. I haven't experienced restless leg since I was pregnant 6 years ago. I also felt super hungry and nauseated at times. This bottomed out my glucose levels. Research shows this product is best for diabetics and I am not. I was taking it for appetite control. I recommended it to my father-in-law since he has diabetes.

No horrible after taste. It arrived on time. It's been fantastic so far. Have noticed less cravings & feel less bloated. will buy more for definately. My only feedback is to look at possibly changing the marketing. You say 5 months of supply, but it is a 90 tablet bottle, If you took 1 tablet a day for 90 days that's approx 3 months, not 5. need at least 152 tablets to last 5 months. As advertised.

Bought this Berberine to add to my intermittent fasting weight loss (eat 8 hours, fast 16 hours). Also, to reap the health benefits of the eight powerful ingredients, and to help me manage sugar cravings. I’ve taken one a day for the past 40 days and these tablets have been successful for me. Lost another 3.6kg these past five weeks, and as I’m nearing my goal weight, which gets harder to lose as I get closer to my goal, that loss is significant. Sugar cravings have been non-existent, I feel it suppresses my appetite, and no side effects from capsules. I read through a lot of Berberine products and reviews and decided this particular one was for me. I highly recommend this product :) Item as described. Good quality. Prompt delivery.
