Michael McGrath is one of the very few writers with a bird's eye view of the Autonomous Vehicle industry. He weaves his deep background in strategy, consumer goods and technology to provide a unique take on how Executives need to prepare for this disruption.Most books on this topic tend to be one of two extremes highly technical written for deep Engineering audiences or written by investors taking a very high level view. This book is written by an operator and CEO with a practical understanding of how Autonomous Vehicles will evolve and how every affected stakeholder needs to react.

The book is an extensive and thorough presentation of autonomous vehicles (AV) - yet not verbose!It is very well structured, covers virtually every aspect of AV (as far as I could tell). It is a very informative book, to-the-point, with a wealth of industry-specific knowledge. It answered a lot of questions I had in my mind about autonomous vehicles.
