I have used this product for many decades. It is easy to prepare, easy to baie in your oven, and it -always- tastes great! This is a twin pack, meaning two meals from the same box. These are a comfort food for me. I know people might frown upon potatoes in a box but they are divine! I use half heavy cream and water instead of milk and it is perfection! We always have to have at least 2 boxes in the house at all times!

I grew up eating these and they exactly as I remember them 20 years ago: perfectly cooked potatoes in a creamy cheesy sauce. My sons friend was over for dinner and was so obsessed with the potatoes he went home and told his mother I was a gourmet chef! This dish a crowd stopper for both kids and adults.I think the size is intended to be a side dish that feeds the whole family but I could eat this alone honestly.
