But it wasn't until I turned it on and ran it over my head that I realized the whole extent of the device's ability to perform miracles. The precision-engineered rotary blades were able to glide smoothly over every contour and curve, resulting in a shave that was incredibly close and level with each pass. There would be no more missing patches or unattractive stubble; instead, the dome would be smooth and polished, exuding an air of self-assurance. Great product definitely comparable to my last (popular name) more expensive shaver. It’s so affordable and easy to use and all the accessories you get to trim your beard eyebrows nose and ear hair are such a plus. You get a close shave it’s a quick comfortable and convenient shaver and the battery life is good but the customer service outshines an already worthy product.First off the company contacted me when I purchased it which I saw as a thoughtful gesture. Upon receiving the product I had a minor issue I reported to them and they rushed out a brand new replacement. I believe I found a new shaver (and company)that I will be using for my shaving needs from here on out.

To date the best razor for my head, I shave you head every other day to keep a clean and smooth look. Easier to clean because the whole top part of the razor comes apart by magnet from the body of the razor. Battery life is fair. I have to charge mine once it gets to 65% batter because I use it so often. Great value super easy to use and the speed of each “ haircut” is at a blink of an eye.

The media could not be loaded. Got this new razor to replace my old one. The 5D rotating blade setup is clever - follows face shape pretty well. Shaving's quick and mostly comfy. Magnetic head's handy for cleaning. Battery lasts about a week, which is nice. Wet or dry use is convenient for quick touch-ups. But it's not all great. Still got some irritation on my neck, despite claims about not touching skin directly. Shave isn't as close as I hoped - often need multiple passes. Motor's strong but noisy. LED's a bit bright for early mornings. Waterproofing seems okay, but I'm cautious about fully dunking it. It's alright for daily use, but I still grab a manual razor when I need a really close shave. Decent option if you need a new electric, but don't expect perfection. The biggest drawback is probably the inconsistent closeness of the shave, especially on trickier areas like the jawline.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

My husband is a redhead and is pretty hairy all over. Lol. His least favorite area is his back, and he's tried multiple shavers. This one works great! I've shaved him several times, and the results are so much smoother than the old ones. He tried other areas (wink-wink), and all positive results! Oh yeah, he doesn't shave his head, but we got this one because of the smooth claims. I'm glad we did!

This was a hit in my house in Christmas morning. Husband loves it. It cuts very close leaves a very smooth surface. It’s a little hard to clean but other than that we are very satisfied
