The packaging said "wild-harvested," which I assume means a guy in a beanie hiked into the forest, whispered motivational quotes to a tree, and hand-picked each piece while making eye contact with a squirrel.I opened the bag expecting a waft of earthy herbal elegance. Instead, it smelled like I just punched a tree in the lungs. But hey, health is pain, right?Brewed it up, took a sip... and wow. If you’ve ever wanted your tea to taste like damp bark soaked in wisdom and broken dreams, this is your moment. You don’t drink Chaga tea for the flavor, you drink it because you read on Reddit that it might turn you into an immortal forest elf.Health benefits? Allegedly off the charts. I can’t say for sure yet, but after three cups, I feel 14% more mystical and slightly superior to anyone drinking Diet Coke.Final Thoughts:Is it delicious? No.Is it trendy, ancient, and vaguely magical? Absolutely.Do I feel like a rugged mountain herbalist every time I brew a cup? You bet your mossy boots I do.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – One star for taste, five stars for vibes. Net average? Perfection.

The Turmeric, ginger, cinnamon tea quickly became my favorite tea of all time. The flavor is wonderful and not too over powered by too much cinnamon. It’s, smooth, flavorful, and a great way to intermittent fast with tea and no food. I add black pepper for a bit of bite. I love the fact that it is caffeine free and has excellent health benefits.My only complaint is the tea bags they come in. They are a bit too dense and filter out a little too much. So, I cut the bags open and put it into a coffee press. I sometimes even just dump the contents directly into my cup and ingest it all.

Helps my stomach but I do not recommend that you drink more than 1 tea bag at a time. Increase amounts can affect your cardiac output.

I have reviewed this tea once before.I have reordered it at least five times and recommended it to friends. I have copd, and the Mullien tea has been a huge assist in removing mucus from my lungs. I do a tea bag every night with a nice Manuka honey, or maple syrup, or agave once in a while. Sometimes straight lemon which is very invigorating and I know is good for my system.Straight up, it is a healer in many ways. The friends I have referred have noticed similar results. The taste is pleasant enough to where you can enjoy it for just that also!

This Mullen works great bring my mucus up almost right away. I have it every morning sometimes at night. I brought two bags, and I'm almost finished the first bag. I'm sure I will be ordering more. Great quality. Better than the capsules.

It’s ok , but it doesn’t tell you how long you should steep the tea. In addition, If I knew that the tea was in plastic bags and not paper bags, I would not have purchased this product. These are two important things that should be added to the description of the product

I just started adding two teabags, with my decaf tea, to make sweet tea. I add some sugar while it is warm and add lemon slices and orange slices separately. It’s delicious!

I was sceptical at first but this tea does its job. Doesn’t taste too bad, without adding honey, after about 20-40 minutes mucus shifts so you can cough it out so definitely good for lung health. Good quality tea bags, will keep buying. Good value too!

This is how I prepared it:Heated 200ml of water in microwave for 150 seconds (2&half minutes) till water started boiling.Dipped 1 tea bag in the hot water for 5 minutes.Squeezed out the tea bag.The aroma and blend are just perfect.None of the 3 ingredients (Turmeric, Ginger and Cinnamon) over power each other. Perfect Aroma and blend of Turmeric, Ginger & Cinnamon.With every sip I get a pleasant and subtle taste and smell of all 3 ingredients.I think 1 cup (of 200ml) of this tea makes for a great addition to my diet. With 120 tea bags that’s a cool 4 months supply of tea. That’s under 12p a cup of tea - just perfect in every way.CAUTION: The turmeric can stain if you accidentally drop or rub it on your clothes - so be careful when you’re wearing light coloured clothes, not to drop it or wipe it on your clothing. In the last photo I shared, you can see the turmeric stain on my palm, fingers and nails.
