Great product! A little messy with the scooper but easier to add to my water. I take a lot of supplements and find this to be easier and more effective. I suffer from PCOS and this 40:1 ratio has helped improve my symptoms, regulate my periods and help with fertility!

The POWDER itself:Dissolves very easily. Has a slight sweet taste to it, which I enjoy. It is very fine, and not chalky at all which I often find with powder supplements and don't like. There is no smell.EFFECTS:I didn't notice a difference in using this product until it hit me like a truck. It was reccomeded by my dietician to help with hormonal issues and severe menstruation symptoms. I didn't even know I was getting my period until I checked my calendar and saw it was coming the next day. No cramps, acne, low energy, headaches, nausea. Never in my life have my symptoms not let me know my period was coming.For the best results:Take twice a day religiously. I skipped every other day after a few months out of laziness/busy-ness and immediately noticed a change in how I felt. This supplement is only effective if you take it consistently and as directed. It took me two months to notice the effects.

This has been a GAME CHANGER for my PCOS! Because of this, I was finally able to get off my birth control. Before, when I tried to get off of it, my period would disappear. But with this inositol power, I get my period every month (it’s not always on time, but she’s there). I just finished my big tub and I ordered another one but I also got the packets so can take them with me when I travel!

Menstrual cramps have always been awful. But after they got 10x worse a month before i turned 40, the only option the dr gave me for extreme cramps was birth control. Even with it i still had to take serious pain killers. The bc was also giving me terrible side effects so much so that I just couldn't function well in life. I got off the birth control (was ONLY on it for the pain) and started taking this supplement, which was recommended by a chemist friend. I have been taking this inositol supplement for 6 months now. In the last 6 months I have still had mild menstrual cramps but haven't had to take ANY pain killers. Zero! I do not remember the last time I felt this good in my entire life. Life changing. I highly recommend this!!

I’ve been diagnosed with pcos since I was 17/18, I’m currently 26. I’ve purchased the mini packets twice so far. I’ve been consistent, taking it twice a day (once in the morning, once at night). It’s perfect if you are always on the go and don’t want to carry a jar around. It has a slight sweet taste. The powder mixed well with any liquid you pick to mix it in. I usually just used water. Sometimes I used orange juice or a smoothie and it didn’t alter the taste.I can say after giving this product a 6 month trial, I can say I don’t believe it did anything good for me. My routine before starting this supplement didn’t change. Everything stayed the same due to many drs (I’ve seen 3 specialists in the US, 1 in Mexico) recommending this product and saying it will help me. So I wanted to see if the product could help. Before I started this supplement, I was 30-31 days in between cycles. I only had one or two pimples on my chin during my cycle, the rest of the month my skin was fine. My hair loss was normal and not excessive. My symptoms after starting this product, I’ve experienced my period coming 48-51 days in between cycles. I’ve been trying to get pregnant for 5 years now, so obviously having irregular periods after finally regulating them was a huge concern due to my body not ovulating when it should. Following with more break outs. My skin feels horrible. I’ve had the same skin care routine and everyday I’m waking up to new acne in areas I didn’t have acne before. I also have more hair loss than normal. I literally pull chunks of hair out when I shower. I didn’t change anything about my hair routine. I used the same products before starting this supplement and yet, I’m shedding like crazy.I’ve experienced a lot of symptoms after starting this product. Many weren’t so great. This next symptom was the final straw for me. Many of us who are diagnosed with pcos struggle with weight. If you are struggling with weight, before I started this supplement I was 160. I currently weigh 180. That’s a 20 pound difference. My diet is a clean diet. Many fruits, veggies, nuts, and a high protein diet. I don’t drink soda. I don’t eat out. I have maybe 1 cheat meal a week but I usually try to make it a balanced cheat meal. I work out 5-6 times a week. I walk for 30-45 mins a day. Some days I also cycle 30-45 mins, along with the walk. I hit over 10k steps a day. I have a very active job, where I am lifting and constantly moving my body. I believe this product has played a part in the cause of gaining weight and not being able to lose weight because like I stated in the paragraph above, my routine did not change. It was easy for me to drop weight before starting this product and for the past couple months, I’ve been struggling to even lose a pound.Every person is different. Everyone’s body will not react to this product the way mine did. I really wanted to like this product because it was highly recommended but I will not be repurchasing and will try to find another route. I hope you give this product a try the same way I did to see if your body will react positively to it. It’s unfortunate that this product did more harm to me but I hope someone struggling with pcos can benefit from this product.

I started birth control for 3 years and got off I wasn’t able to get my period back I waited 1 year and then decided to go to a obgyn, I got on a 10-day pill and it brought my period back after my period stopped that was the last time I got my period in years I waited maybe a few more months and heard about Ovasitol, I've been on ovasital daily for 2 months and 17 days and haven’t gotten my period yet, but I’ve noticed mood changes, nausea, cravings, back pain and etc. These are symptoms I didn’t have before, which makes me feel Ovasitol is doing something.I’m going to stay consistent—I’m hopeful it will bring my period back!(Side note):I do have ovarian cysts/ PCOSIf you’re worried about taking it don’t be! Take a step and see if this works for you! But you must be consistent just like anything else.
